As a leader, I coach, mentor and develop other leaders around me. I bring structure to complex and ambiguous problems that span people, processes and products. I am also a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from Coaches Training Institute (CTI)®, a world renowned training program, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF)®, the body that governs the coaching profession. I have two decades of deep experience working in the Tech industry in various capacities such as software engineering, business intelligence and business operations; and across Product, Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience functions. As founder and executive coach at Expanded Impact, I have coaching clients in Tech, Healthcare, Finance, Energy and Services industries. I hold an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. I enjoy being active in my community. I grew up in Nigeria where I gained an appreciation for the role opportunity plays in changing people's lives. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Housing & Economic Rights Advocates, HERA, a non-profit legal services organization in California. And I lead professional development programs for women and people of color; I founded “Step It Up” at Zendesk, offering speed mentoring, executive coaching and career planning to employees, and co-chaired “Women’s Executive Shadow Program” at Adobe.
