Christina was immensely helpful. She asked good questions to hone in on the position I am considering creating for myself. She helped with practical steps to take and information to gather to help support the need for the potential position that I imagined as extremely beneficial and necessary to staff satisfaction and engagement in my workplace. Taking next steps is where I felt I came to a standstill prior to our session. I needed an outside objective and experienced perspective. She is patient and personable which are characteristics I appreciate. Her background was congruent with mine so I feel we were able to share this vision clearly and with enthusiasm. I will definitely be working with her again on this topic.
