With a healthy mix of compassion, humor and tough love, Susan supports her clients as they explore, reflect and reframe so that they may confidently experiment with new behaviors, learnings and effectively navigate choice points. Susan’s coaching clients are successful people at varying stages in their career and range from early career professionals, newly promoted managers, executives as well as founders and CEO’s. Susan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University, an Executive Master Degree in Change and Organizational Leadership from Columbia University and has completed an Advanced Executive and Organizational Coaching Certification at Columbia University Teachers College in New York City.
