Here’s a quick LinkedIn tip: If you receive "InMails" from recruiters, declining messages with their quick "No Thanks" feature is tempting because you're not currently looking for a career change. I'm so glad I met with Ginny! She gave actionable and insightful recommendations to improve my job application approach. I would definitely consider meeting with her in the future for mock interviews, etc. Thanks for your help, Ginny!

Ginny immediately impressed me by the amount of background info/prep work she did to set an agenda ahead of time. Even before meeting her, I knew this was going to be a fruitful session. I already had some idea of where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do, but Ginny gave me the inspiration and encouragement to move forward with a side hustle idea I had. She was generous with her time and clearly knows what she's talking about. I would recommend Ginny to anyone.

I cannot recommend Ginny enough, she gave me a lot of hope in my job search. As a creative, entrepreneur type, there have been a lot of pivots in my career. I didn't know how all the pieces could be woven together to create a holistic story of who I am. Ginny was excellent at looking at my body of work, seeing the strengths and deficiencies in my presentation and helping me develop a plan of action that I could execute on. I dreaded the whole process but am now excited to make the changes in my approach that will allow me to add chapters to my story while contributing to other's as well.

My session with Ginny was amazing and I would I highly recommend her. She was able to guide the session efficiently and ask specific questions that helped me to uncover some deeper points that I needed to consider. She came to the session well prepared in understanding my background (based on my resume), which allowed us to jump right into important topics. Her observations and insights gave me clear and actionable steps on how to move forward. I'm grateful for my time with Ginny and excited to put everything into action.
