Had my second session with Clare and it was so helpful. We built off of some concepts from my first meeting and we also went through my top 5 strengths after she encouraged me to take a Gallup Strengths Quiz and how to weave those into answers during my interviews. We also discussed in-person job interview techniques as this is my first in-person job interview since 2019 and I was feeling nervous! I have already booked a third session with her where I'll give her an update on my job search as well as discuss salary negotiation tactics! I have had such a wonderful time with Clare and she has helped me feel so confident and prepared during my job search!

My first session with Clare was so helpful! During our consultation meeting earlier this week (Wednesday), she squeezed me in her schedule for Friday in the same week to make sure I felt prepared before an interview I had. Before our meeting she asked me to send over the job description, my cover letter, and resume and she crafted practice questions for me and helped me think through the strategy behind answering them (especially for behavior questions). She also helped me understand how to better weave my skills throughout the interview to showcase them. Overall a great experience and I can't wait for another meeting with her.
