I launched my career as a Manager of Recruitment at Ascend Indiana, guiding students and recent graduates through job searches and applications. At LinkedIn, I worked as an Emerging Talent Recruiter, managing the full-cycle recruiting process for interns, new grads, and entry-level roles.
