About Me

Welcome to coaching! As an ICF accredited executive coach, I have enjoyed coaching women who strive to achieve their potential at work and in life, and help them thrive for over 12 years. I help women create clarity, alignment and resilience by aligning their emotions (heart), mental (head) and physical (core) dimensions. Coaching women to live their best life through professional success is my jam. Periods of transitions can be incredibly challenging and also become incredible opportunities to learn and grow through decisions, actions and insights. It all depends on what we do with them. Depending on your needs, my role in our interaction will flex. It could be: - Support you through a career change or a promotion - Make sense of developmental feedback to improve your performance - Review your personal branding - Create a space for exploration and help you develop strategies to make decisions such as whether to quit or stay - Develop a vision for yourself, set your compass and start acting accordingly - Help you sort through conflicting situations - Create greater internal alignment, which helps with gaining more energy I can do this because I understand what you are going through at work. I started my career in HR roles for start ups in high growth mode, focusing on talent search, recruiting and management. Then I moved into larger organisations like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Boston Scientific, and Motorola. I held roles in strategic change, learning and organisational development, and talent management, designing and implementing strategies to build and develop people and teams. Today, I wear 3 caps: I am a Partner in a management consulting firm that I helped found, where I’m in charge of sourcing talent and managing operations. I run an organisational coaching consultancy where we help organizations, teams and individuals work toward their goals, help them identify next steps or define a vision. I'm also a children's book author published in Europe and North America. All these businesses allow me to live a very fulfilled life. It took me years and many different steps and turns to arrive at this. It took resilience and grit, curiosity and passion. I went back to school many times and got coached. My compass was regularly tested. I wish it to all of you to be able to have such a journey in whatever way you wish it to happen. And what I learned and still have to remind myself is that we don’t have to do it all alone, a mentor, a guide, a coach, reaching out to experts is part of becoming.

I have been working with Magali for a few months now as life changes have me rethinking my career path. Magali's diverse background enables her to offer a wide range of resources, advice, and counsel. She comes to our sessions with a structure in place, but is always willing to be flexible according to my needs at the moment. Magali is encouraging and challenges me in all the best ways possible, and I would definitely recommend working with her!
