Sr. HR Business Partner

Here at Hudl, our goal is to change the way coaches, players and analysts prepare for matches, make in-game decisions and scout players. Our software and hardware products are used by over 4.5 million players globally, from the world's elite sports teams to an amateur level.
In the last few years, Hudl has grown from a US-based startup of fewer than 200 people to a global scale company with over 1000 employees, across 20+ countries, with additional expansion planned again next year.

As part of our scaling and maturing process, we’ve recently set up a group of HR Business Partners, who support teams, locations and internal stakeholders. We want you to come in and work with key leaders here in EMEA, improving how we develop talent, look at engagement across our teams and review at our benefits globally.

Ideally, you are excited about partnering with ambitious teams and passionate about supporting their growth. If you’re worked in an environment that has involved change management and project work to improve processes, then we would love to hear from you. You would be working with teams across EMEA, so some international experience would be highly beneficial.

You Are:

  • Business-minded. You’ve successfully supported a variety of teams, understanding real-world business needs to provide world-class service to your internal customers.
  • Detail-oriented. You want to facilitate big picture change, yet no detail is too small in ensuring needs of the business are met, including handling pulling together research and proposals.
  • Thrive on change. You don’t just adapt to change, you thrive on it, and expect that any great team is constantly evolving.
  • Candid. You challenge your manager, team and other stakeholders for the right reasons - you’re focused on results and making Hudl better. You speak up and help us build the necessary Talent Management processes to push Hudl forward.
  • Data-driven. You’re proactive in using data to shape your decision making. You stay one step ahead of your business leaders because you let data guide you.

You Will:

  • Partner with top leaders. In a high-impact model, you will serve as a partner to top leaders across Hudl, helping shape success in areas from compensation to performance to engagement.
  • Impact the team globally. Your reach will go far beyond the UK in providing support across five EMEA countries, and other entities around the globe. You will be a go-to expert for our people processes in this region. Your days will be spent guiding leaders employees through the employment lifecycle and coaching on people related challenges.
  • Innovate. Your previous experience will shape better processes in the Talent Management space (Performance Management, Talent Planning, Succession Management, Engagement and Employee Relations)
  • Be challenged. We're a high-growth company with no shortage of problems to solve and people-related challenges to tackle. You will use your judgment to make quick decisions, then iterate.

We Will:

  • Treat you like an adult. We’ll trust you to get work done the best way you see fit.
  • Give you what you need. We’ll supply the environment and tools for success, allowing you to focus on professional growth and career development.
  • Challenge you. You'll be surrounded by people equally committed to the company's success, allowing for constant collaboration.
