Specific Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews and research
- Develop and refine core platform systems
- Adapt to market trends and business needs
- Create compelling design solutions that significantly improve user engagement
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Engage in the continuous improvement cycle
- Effective UX writing and communication
- Proficient in A/B testing and data analysis
- Write effective Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Job Requirements:
- Extensive SaaS Experience and Strong Portfolio: Demonstrate experience in SaaS product design, evidenced by a diverse and impactful portfolio that showcases user-centric solutions aligning with business goals.
- Exceptional Adaptability and Flexibility: Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing projects, maintaining effectiveness in varied and evolving situations, and flexibility in problem-solving approaches.
- Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills: Essential ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, integrate diverse feedback, and clearly communicate design concepts in line with the company's evolving objectives.

Compensation: This role pays a base salary between $90,000 and $110,000 with an additional $10,000 in bonus potential. Check out our philosophy on pay ranges to get a better idea of how we handle deciding what the offer should be.
- Early = $90,000 + $10k bonus= $100,000 on- target salary
- Mid = $100,000 + $10k bonus= $110,000 on- target salary
- Advanced = $110,000 + $10k bonus= $120,000 on-target salary
