About Me

If you're interested in changing your career -- either by leveling-up in your current job, or exploring a new career path -- I am here to help. I believe that jobs are not permanent, learning is a lifelong pursuit, and everyone has the potential to find the work that fulfills their needs and values. Over the last 10 years, I've had three unique careers, moving from academia to Federal government to tech, where I now enjoy a career in software engineering and product management. During this time, I have conducted hundreds of interviews, read over a thousand resumes, and advised or mentored dozens of people like you looking to change the direction of their careers and their lives. Given my background, I am especially well-equipped to advise women who are interested in pursuing a career in tech, or those seeking roles in public service or other mission-driven fields. Some of the services I offer include: - Resume review and feedback - Interview preparation - Mock interviews, including technical (coding) interviews - Public speaking and presentation feedback - Industry advice for tech, government, and related fields - Guided questioning to identify your natural skills and abilities - Leadership skills development If you're interested in a service that is not captured above, feel free to reach out to me and ask. Career change is hard, and it can be scary. But if you have the courage to set a new direction for your life, I will do everything I can to make it less hard, and to help you reach your most audacious goals.

The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do. - Walter Bagehot
