Here’s a quick LinkedIn tip: If you receive "InMails" from recruiters, it's tempting to decline messages with their quick "No Thanks" feature because you're not currently looking for a career change. I found Career Contessa and Ginny when I was feeling stuck a few months into my job search. After 9 years in my current organization, I was looking for something new and I found myself being boxed into my current sector by other recruiters. In just one session, Ginny helped communicate how my skills were transferrable across sectors and gave me clarity on my personal and professional non-negotiables. She was filled with great takeaways, kind, and super efficient. Was a wonderful investment and am definitely going to tap into other sessions with Ginny down the road. Thanks, Ginny!

I really enjoyed my conversation with Ginny. It was important for me to get a perspective of a person who has a lot of experience in recruiting and career development. Ginny took the time to learn about my career goals and interests, she answered questions about my resume and gave me helpful advice for job strategy. After my session with Ginny I feel more confident and hope to find my dream job soon.

I can't express how thankful I am for my session with Ginny. What I loved most was how she really took the time to get to know my strengths and areas where I needed help, making the session feel tailor-made just for me. Honestly, I came in with a few ideas but no clear direction on how to tackle the interview. But by the end, she helped me turn my scattered ideas into eloquent, powerful responses. Ginny helped me refine my answers and gave me the confidence I needed to tackle even the trickiest questions. Her advice on structuring my responses and focusing on key points was invaluable. She also provided me with the tools I needed for successful salary negotiations and questions to ask at the end of the interview. Thanks to Ginny's expertise and support, I now feel well-prepared, confident, and ready to tackle my interview. If I had to rate the session, it'd be a perfect 10 out of 10. I can't recommend her enough!
