About Me

I help badass women, achieve badass dreams. Simply put. It was February 2017 and I was just promoted the month before. I was working as a Senior Manager in Recruitment for Burberry, and literally should have been floating on air. Was I? Nope. Instead I was walking home after working late, on a very frigid February night. All of a sudden I started sobbing. Out of nowhere. In my mind, there was zero reason to be upset. My mental rolodex went through my life quickly so I could try to understand if I missed some major catastrophic event. What I ended up finding after that moment, was something so much bigger: Sound familiar? Let's talk. I had no idea how valuable my 12 years of experience in Recruiting and HR would be when taking this leap into career coaching. I'd like to think I have the best of both worlds, merging my technical career experience, with my personal journey of searching for career fulfillment. So how can I help? • I can help you hone in on what it is you are passionate about and help you create a fool proof roadmap on how to achieve it. • We will focus on how to bridge the gap between creative passions and skillset, so that you walk away from an unfulfilling "job" and into a career and lifestyle with endless possibilities. • I use my experience as a Recruiter to help you create a "sicker than your average" resume and create an epic LinkedIn profile. • Equip you with job interview strategies to help you land the job! (Oh, and by the way-- I make this process FUN.) • We will create an authentic and effective networking strategy that works for you. No more awkwardness! It was great working with Tiffany! She helped me nail down what I value in a future position and also gave me great tips job interview tips to help make the process a little less stressful. It was easy to be open and honest with her during our session - she made me feel very comfortable from the start. She also provided a helpful post-session plan and resources. Great Coaching session with Tiffany ! She creates a safe place to discuss objectives and any obstacles you might face. Tiffany was wonderful to work with! She really helped settle my nerves around an upcoming interview and gave me some great action items to focus on to prepare for the interview. We also touched briefly on ways to get clear on what I really need out of my next job. She was perceptive, friendly and relatable which made it really easy to open and chat with her.
