Joanna graduated from California Baptist University in 2010 with a degree in Graphic Design and Digital Media. After graduating, she was hired as a full time designer at an advertising firm in Newport Beach specializing in branding, image and web development. After one year of working at the firm, she got married and moved to LA where she started her own creative design business, Waterfall Creative. After working for three years on her design business, she had a desire to do something bigger, bringing creative women together for a larger purpose, and started The Yellow Conference. Today, Joanna is working on expanding the Yellow platform, designing, drinking too much coffee, and loving on her husband and 2 cats, Pickles and Mochi.
