We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator (Marketing Creative). In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process where you’ll play a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end process of eCommerce and lifestyle photography and video shoots, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality assets. If you have a keen eye for organization, including organizing workflows, color coding, and creating spreadsheets/trackers, we’d love to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage photoshoot schedule and calendar across Utah & HQ hubs, communicating all requirements, deliverables, and needs to stakeholders
  • Project manage all eCommerce and lifestyle photography and video shoots (both in-studio and offsite, including flat lays), supporting the Marketing and Creative teams
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Social Media, Creative, eCommerce, Product Design, Merchandising, and Operations teams to develop a comprehensive photoshoot briefing process to ensure all are aligned, and deliverables are met well in advance of the shoot
  • Create and oversee the process and workflow from creative brief submission to delivery of image assets
  • Monitor photo and video requests, product release schedules, product shipments, and relevant marketing or merchandising updates
  • Be the liaison with contractors, agencies, and vendors to confirm their availability, discuss creative concepts, and ensure they have all the necessary details to execute the shoot effectively
  • Schedule and attend meetings as needed, take notes and documentation
  • Assist with operational aspects of running the photo studio, including but not limited to organizing and maintaining product samples, props, and supplies
  • Own the product sample process: tracking product shipments, creating shot list outlines based on the creative brief,  monitoring upcoming product requests, and working with the Merchandising team to ensure product samples are ordered
  • Coordinate product samples, sort, and prep for shoot days + packing, shipping, and transporting accordingly
  • Coordinate post-release sample donations, including maintaining a non-profit database and vetting new organizations for charitable donations
  • Create a feedback loop for continuous improvement. Gather feedback from stakeholders involved, identify what went well and areas for improvement, and help refine the scheduling and coordination process over time
  • Establish processes across multi-functional teams to improve communication and collaboration including management of various projects in Asana.
  • Traffic photo and video assets for stakeholder review, consolidate feedback and approvals.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in eCommerce, photo studio, or equivalent production environment
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience coordinating and working with photographers, retouchers,  art directors, talent agencies, and studio teachers, with an understanding of California child labor laws
