Katherine's approach was extremely specific and clear. At first I wasn't comfortable with the type of open-ended questioning that was being used, as I initially wanted more directive given to me. I planned to have the session because I was feeling a bit lost and a little defeated. However, I understand why the approach is likely practiced that manner and over the course of the call I was able to relax and release and just dig deep for the answers. As a result, I walked away with specific steps to apply to the perspective I have in my career path. I also feel clearer about the results I have experienced to date and how I may be able to achieve better outcomes in the journey of my career change. I am grateful for the time I had with Katherine.

Katherine was so lovely and easy to talk to! I was feeling very down and negative about a lack of movement in my job search over the past few months, and she helped me come up with some great new strategies for finding that dream job! We also looked over my resume and she gave me some really great advice about structure and format. I really appreciated all of her advice and I'm excited to put it into practice!

Great Session! Katherine was awesome. I often just need help getting a plan to paper and commitment on executing the plan and Katherine did that and more during our session. Katherine did a great job helping me define what I needed to do for my job search plan, defining what exactly success looks like, and putting timelines around the plan. Katherine also helped me plan for an upcoming informational interview (that went very well by the way) and how to approach a couple of irons currently in the fire. Looking forward to working with Katherine again soon!

Katherine is wonderful to work with! She is great at help with more tactical skills like resumes, cover letters, and interviewing skills, and she also does a great job with more abstract questions. Instead of telling me what to do based on her opinions, she guided me to work through my own ideas and opinions to come to some conclusions and attainable next steps that felt empowering and were easy to accomplish.
