I was suffering for 3 weeks wanting to have a serious talk about my career goals and next steps. I found Cynthia's career path so aligned to my own career ambitions . I purchased a session and Cynthia immediately gave me the earliest slot(the very next day). That helped a lot as I did not have to wait long. I sent her a summary of strengths/weakness/Challenges and questions. That helped a lot for Cynthia to know more about my background and we got straight to the questions in our session. Cynthia set the aim of the session is to come out with action items. She went through all my questions and categorized as revisit later/immediate actions. She emphasized on my actions, gave tips and tools to carry out each option considering my constraints . I am perfectly clear on my career goals/actions for the next year now. We also had time to review my resume very quickly. I want to thank Cynthia and Career Contessa to have this awesome program. A lot of my friends are already asking me about this. It was well worth it and recommend anyone who want to move forward to use this mentorship program and Cynthia as a mentor.

Cynthia made sure time was well utilized and answered all of my questions honestly. She gave me additional options to look into for positions that would fit my interests and career background. Her final feedback was actionable and made everything a lot less overwhelming. I would definitely recommend!

Working with Cynthia was incredibly helpful! I submitted a list of questions and concerns related to starting a job search and marketing myself when I booked the session, and she came prepared to talk through all of them. She gave solid feedback on my resume with actionable suggestions for how to really make my accomplishments stand out, and had an awesome list of product management resources for me to explore and familiarize myself with, including some that are local to my geographical region. I now feel really confident and prepared going into my job search - I'm so glad to have Cynthia on my team!

Absolutely worth the investment! My session with Cynthia was super helpful and insightful. She provided a fresh perspective and helped me formulate a solid strategy on how to approach the MBA application process. Her insight was very valuable and made me rethink certain parts of the application process in a new light. Cynthia shared great tips, resources, and awesome advice on how I could make my MBA application experience a smooth and efficient one.
