Ginny immediately impressed me by the amount of background info/prep work she did to set an agenda ahead of time. Even before meeting her, I knew this was going to be a fruitful session. I already had some idea of where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do, but Ginny gave me the inspiration and encouragement to move forward with a side hustle idea I had. I cannot recommend Ginny enough, she gave me a lot of hope in my job search. As a creative, entrepreneur type, there have been a lot of pivots in my career. I didn't know how all the pieces could be woven together to create a holistic story of who I am. Ginny was excellent at looking at my body of work, seeing the strengths and deficiencies in my presentation and helping me develop a plan of action that I could execute on.
