Saniya is an amazing coach. She is warm and validating, but also gives really helpful feedback where it is necessary. She comes to each session very prepared, and we get a lot done every time because every session is so personalized. She's also very responsive if I have any questions in between sessions, and I feel like I'm not alone anymore while going through this grueling job search process. She has helped relieve a lot of my fear and anxiety through both encouraging support and tactical advice. She also has so much experience in the professional world, and her advice has been helpful not just for job search, but also to help me succeed in my career long-term.
