For years, I knew that I was called, but I wasn’t sure what I was called to and I had no idea what my purpose was. There was, however, one thing I did know: I didn’t want to waste my life pursuing the wrong career based on others’ expectations and standards for me. I knew I wanted to live a life of purpose, connected to deep and meaningful work. So right after college graduation, I embarked on a self-discovery where I uncovered my purpose. What I've found? Purpose isn’t lost. Purpose is already inside of you. It consists of your personality, passions, preparation, interests, education, strengths, and skills, but without awareness of those things, it’s hard to understand how they all fit together and how you can leverage them into a meaningful career. That is why I made it my personal mission to help people and organizations live, lead, and work with more meaning, purpose, and intention. As a professionally trained Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychologist and certified coach, my methods involve a multi-disciplinary approach that gleans from the insights of industrial-organizational, vocational, and positive psychology. Using vocational psychology, I provide career intervention and strategy that reorients my clients in careers that align with their purpose and gifts, while I/O psychology shows them how to utilize those gifts for maximum individual and organizational performance, all while using positive psychology to cultivate and curate a lifestyle and career that is full of meaning and purpose.
