RINGLET is seeking to hire an Accountant Manager with 2+ years of experience in marketing. 

RINGLET is seeking to hire:

A bright, experienced, motivated, and energetic go-getter to become our Account Manager. The role is VERY ENTREPRENEURIAL. We want a self-starter who boasts in-depth experience in integrated marketing, a willingness to learn, and is ready to put their own mark on this position.

They will be responsible for all client interaction as well as directing and executing all aspects of marketing for four to six clients at a time. Aspects of marketing include:
Social media planning 
  • Instagram 
  • Facebook 
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn 
Email marketing via Mail Chimp and Constant Contact
  • Email marketing segmentation and strategy
Content Creation
  • Mood boards and shot lists
  • Photoshoot planning 
  • Photoshoot and video shoot directing
Affiliate marketing
  • Influencer Marketing 
  • Press mentions 
Clients expect excellence from RINGLET and we are seeking an Account Manager who is willing to pursue excellence in their daily work. The Account Manager must be excellent at creating marketing campaigns that integrate all client platforms and verticals into one cohesive and captivating goal. The Account Manager will lead their marketing team in ideating marketing campaigns and content creation for each client on a weekly basis. The Account Manager must have knowledge of how to best optimize each platform of client’s marketing. 

They must be able to multi-task, juggle several projects at once, work flexible hours, and understand where and how they fit within the team. They must also have an acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include, but are limited to:

Strategy Development:
  • The account manager is expected to have in-depth knowledge surrounding sales psychology in order to develop successful strategies.
  • Account Manager is expected to work proactively on constant improvement of the client’s marketing campaigns and multiple platforms on a weekly basis
  • Account Manager must have an understanding of how to use client’s marketing platform’s analytics as a driving force for change. 
  • Work for the client should always be developed and created with the overarching campaign and strategy in mind.
  • Responsible for setting and executing meetings with clients on a monthly basis. In this meeting:
  • Quarterly and monthly marketing goals are delivered to the client along with content 
  • Delivering client social media and email analytics at the end of each month via meeting. 
Marketing Execution:
  • The Account Manager has excellent customer service skills and acts as RINGLET’s point of contact with the client. 
  • Account Manager is responsible for overseeing every aspect of the client’s online presence that we have signed them for. This means that they are responsible for setting and meeting project deadlines. They exist as the sole point-person for coordination and communication between  the RINGLET team and clients. 
  • On a quarterly basis, conceptualize, plan and execute exciting results-driven integrated marketing campaigns on the following platforms: 
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Twitter 
  • LinkedIn
  • Email Marketing 
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Seasonal campaigns
  • In-store advertising
  • The Account Manager is responsible for the development, updating and execution of client’s quarterly and monthly content calendars that cover all client’s marketing platforms. 
  • Overseeing the creation of content for client’s social media, email and event marketing. Must be able to communicate this content plan to all of the RINGLET team and oversee the creation of the content, whether in photo shoots or graphic design, and the execution of the content. This content creation and execution must be aligned with the client’s overall quarterly or monthly marketing campaign & strategy. 
  • Communicating with the client to gather any content needed for their marketing and  asking them to put any information that they want shared in the client’s content calendars. 
Intern Management:
  • Meeting with the intern on a weekly basis to ensure the intern’s tasks for the semester are moving forward in a timely manner.
  • Creating a task doc for Monday Meeting to communicate to intern the tasks for the week. 
  • Meeting with Intern one-on-one at least once a week to work through projects and offer direction in addition to meeting with Marketing Manager and Account Manager. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.S/B.A in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Highly resourceful, proactive and creative problem solver with ability to work in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
  • Strong initiative with ability to self manage

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in planning Instagram and Facebook feeds in Later.
  • Proficient in Mailchimp and Constant Contact e-mail marketing.
  • Able to read and evaluate client social media and e-mail analytics and translate analytics to marketing strategy.
  • Capable of communicating clearly the progress of marketing monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients and the RINGLET team.

  • Bilingual: Spanish preferred

  • Able to prioritize client work to create excellent project management systems.

  • Is able to grasp the five to ten year goals of RINGLET as a company and aid the management team in executing those goals 
  • Very organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Able to proficiently read client social media and e-mail analytics and translate those analytics into marketing strategy 
  • Outgoing and will send reminders and documents 
  • Professional in written and verbal communication in client interactions, e-mails and events. 
  • Create an ecosystem where team is aware of expectations, delivery dates, and client strategies.
