Associate Community Manager

Poshmark is looking to hire an Associate Community Manager who will be part of our Disputes Management team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for helping and coaching others who can support our associates wants and needs. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment by motivating individuals to perform at their highest level and driving the team to meet business goals. This a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience looking to build their management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct assistance to Sr. Community Manager regarding key metrics and team performance
  • Manage and lead a team with emotional intelligence, motivation, and recognition
  • Mentor and coach Team Leads to develop leadership skills
  • Monitor individual performance and guide employee career development
  • Assist with gathering and analyzing data to report on KPIs and trends
  • Develop and implement daily and weekly strategies to meet team performance and business goals
  • Manage and provide resolutions for escalations with high level of customer satisfaction
  • Execute assigned projects efficiently
  • Monitor and cultivate team culture and build morale

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership or management experience
  • Enthusiastic about people and customer service
  • Embraces change in fast paced environment
  • Endless patience and a positive attitude with the ability to turn a negative into a positive
  • Thrives off the success of a team
  • Believes that helping users is crucial to the growth and success of the company
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail

Preferred Internal Requirements

  • Team Lead or equivalent leadership experience
  • Poshmark employee for at least 1 year
  • Proven track record of consistent performance and excellence
  • Community Team member preferred
