The Role

Athletic Greens is looking for a Media Partners Account Manager. In this role, you will get to work on a nimble, high-performing team looking to continue scaling its impact in the health and wellness industry globally, working with some of the most influential media leaders in the space. You will be the lead for post-negotiation partnership account and relationship execution, management and performance, focusing specifically on Media Partners (i.e Podcast, YouTube, Email Newsletters, Publishers, etc). You will be joining the partnerships team and reporting into the Head of Business Development to support the efficient scale of Athletic Greens. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health & wellness and will be intrinsically motivated as this role is 100% remote.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective Media Partners (Podcasts, YouTube, Email Newsletters) & Affiliates
  • Assist the Partnerships team in identifying, validating, recruiting and on-boarding new Media Partners & Affiliates who align with our brand
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and the client to create assets required for campaign launch and growth including targeted copy, pitch decks, on-boarding documents, etc
  • Project Management - manage the end-to-end Media Partner Campaigns to ensure insertion order delivery, campaign calendar management, updating performance trackers
  • Work with the Head of Business Development to identifying opportunities to grow new or current audiences, optimize campaigns, proactively identify opportunities for campaign renew/renegotiate insertion orders and contracts
  • Timely response to inbound leads and and begin the lead validation process
  • Assist with agency and network relationships
  • Keeping on top of trends in the health and wellness market, particularly when it comes to Podcasts, YouTube and Influencers
  • Competitor analysis: keeping on top of competitor media placements and assets
  • Leading and communicating performance updates on a weekly basis, including identifying any red flags

Who You Are:

  • Must have 3+ years of partner/talent facing experience in an agency, media house, talent management or network working with media partners (YouTube, Podcasts, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience in the traditional entertainment, media, and podcast space
  • A curious self-starter who is proactive and intrinsically motivated to identify opportunities, fixes and putting your hand up to take on tasks
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, extremely well organized, strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy crafting partner-facing collateral and communications and are happy doing so in all sorts of mediums (Google Slides, etc)
  • Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable in updating reports
  • Comfortable with reviewing media contracts and insertion orders and identifying irregularities
  • Have experience working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects objectives
  • You take extreme ownership in what you do, learn from your mistakes and hold yourself accountable
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and work well with various team members
