Krysta Masciale is the CEO of B!G DEAL BRANDING and voice behind Stilettos On The Rocks. What that boils down is that she is the visionary and point person for her team at BDB and the lead strategist who guides her clients through their signature Brand Therapy process. This process is used to help our clients develop a foundational strategy for their organization's culture and then informs all design efforts moving forward. When she has a teaching moment (i.e. fails miserably) she write about it at Stilettos. See how that works? She loses, you win. It's awesome. She graduated from Wichita State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in IMC and received her graduate degree from Chapman University in Organizational Leadership in 2009.
